DIET

i always said that i want to diet and it end up with eating,,:p
but i think that my body weight is still in ideal rank..
there are some advise for keep an ideal body weight


-just eat what do you want to eat, but do not forget to exercise

-the best thing to do when diet is not to eat rice,but some people not comfortable when they do not eat rice,so, the solution is to take the rice in a correct quantity,the good quantity for people in diet is as big as our punch.

-do not sleep after eating

- do not take a bath after eating 

-do regular exercise. there are some types of exercise that you can try

plank







sit up

 

squat

- do not eat to much

-take a balance diet

-discipline on your diet
