STUDY SKILLS


STUDYING COME OUT FROM STUDENT DYING :p
hello again,,,;)
here i come with new topic,,study skills,,
actually i am not good in study :p, but i can share some tips as a student
we are a human, we have different way in doing something,so it the same thing in study..
so, who think they suit with this way,so do try it,,
here we go


  1. do a list for what you want to do first-put the most important work first
  2. finish your work first then you can enjoy
  3. if you the type of person that does not like to study at home,just focus on the lecture 
  4. make a mind map 
  5. make sure to do exercise often
  6. make a refreshment before sleep
  7. study in calm and quiet environment



in addition

  • do not eat to much
  • eat healthy food
  • listen to music (it perfect to some people)
  • physical exercise
  • drink at least 2 ml of water in a day
that all i think,but there are a lot actually. choose suitable one for you to practise

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR FACE

do you know your face sensitive and need a careful care?
your face could become oily,got a lot of pimples,dry and others if you not take a good care of your skin,,that is what happened to my face,i got a sensitive skin,i am having a lot of pimples on my face before,but it is better now as i take a good care of it,maybe :p
there are a lot of tips that you can use on take good care of your face,,

there are some that i think can help:

  1.  wash your face at least 3 times in a day- do not wash your face to often because it could cause your skin become dry. use suitable product to wash your face,,if possible, prevent often use of face scrub
  2. if you want to use a skin care product,make sure it suits with your skin,for examples, for oily skin,do not use oily product which can cause your skin to wet, and it cause pimples easy to come.
  3. if your face are the oily type,prevent to stay at the open place to much ,because it can cause your face become dirty,if possible put some powder on your face before doing an outdoor activity.
  4.  If your skin tends to have an old appearance, looks ashy or feels tight, then it is considered dry. In more extreme cases, dry skin lacks elasticity and can be extremely sensitive to the sun, wind, and cold temperatures. Since you have dry skin, you have to make sure that you do not expose your skin to extreme weather for long periods of time and always moisturize.
  5. Please note that you may have sensitive skin and normal, oily, or dry. If your skin has allergic reactions to beauty products and is usually sensitive to the sun, wind, and cold weather, it is sensitive. Sensitivity can show up in rash, redness, inflammation, acne, and dilated capillaries.
  6. live a healthy life style.
  7. drink plenty of water
  8. Eat plenty of vitamin C enriched foods
  9. Make sure you get a lot of exercise in the week. Make sure you sweat every now and then.
  10. get enough sleep

SMILE

smile,i think it was a simple things to do,,
but, people nowadays hard to smile, i don't know why,maybe there is something in their mouth that they want to hide,,,,you know what?? there are a lot of benefit of smile,there are some that i know

  • prevent stress
  • act as exercise : laughing or smiling expands the lungs,stretches the muscles in the body and stimulates homeostasis
  •  Smiling is an attractive expression, which is more likely to draw people to you rather than push them away.
  • fake smile can make a trick: a force smile still can hide your problem,and make you happy
  • smile make you seem more trustworthy
  • smile also train your brain for the better
  • smiles are contagious
  • smile boost your productivity

lastly,SMILES ARE FREE FOR EVERYONE,DOESN'T NEED TO PAY
that's all i think,there are a lot of benefit right?
so,there is no wrong to you to smile at least once.

DIET

i always said that i want to diet and it end up with eating,,:p
but i think that my body weight is still in ideal rank..
there are some advise for keep an ideal body weight


-just eat what do you want to eat, but do not forget to exercise

-the best thing to do when diet is not to eat rice,but some people not comfortable when they do not eat rice,so, the solution is to take the rice in a correct quantity,the good quantity for people in diet is as big as our punch.

-do not sleep after eating

- do not take a bath after eating 

-do regular exercise. there are some types of exercise that you can try

- do not eat to much

-take a balance diet

-discipline on your diet
